Learn to Lax / Skills and Drills 2023

The Learn to Lax / Skills and Drills fall clinic is now live for athletes in grades K-8 who are interested in or already active with the sport of lacrosse. This fall program is open to all regardless of residency or spring team commitment.

We are excited to kick off our fall skills program for boys lacrosse.  We offer two seperate programs, one for returning players, and an introductory program for those who have never played before:

Learn to Lax is designed to introduce athletes to lacrosse with hands on opportunities to learn the basic fundamentals of the game with limited equipment needs. Players at this level will have instruction from our coaching staff to give them the opportunity to learn at their level. Our coaches are excited to share their love of the game.

Equipment needed for Learn to Lax:  cleats, water

Skills and Drills is geared towards the players who have prior experience on the field and are prepared for a more challenging level of instruction. Skills and Drills will help fine tune your game for the upcoming spring season!

Equipment needed for Skills and Drills: Full practice gear:  stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, cleats, athletic cup, water, and practice pinnie.

Tentative Times

Learn to Lax:
12:15 PM – 1:45 PM – Boys K-2
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM – Boys grades 3-5
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Boys grades 6-8
 
Skills and Drills:
12:15 PM – 1:45 PM – Boys Grades K-2
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Boys Grades 3-5
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Boys Grades 6-8                                                                                                                                                                                                   
* Due to field availability, our K-2 programs will involve longer sessions on November 4th and 11th only.
