LEARN TO LAX Is designed to introduce athletes to lacrosse with hands on opportunities to learn the basic fundamentals of the game with limited equipment needs. Players at this level will receive instruction from our coaching staff to give them the opportunity to learn at their level. Our coaches are excited to share their love of the game.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Cleats and Water.

SKILLS & DRILLS is geared towards the players who have prior experience on the field and are prepared for a more challenging level of instruction. Skills and Drills will help fine tune your game for the upcoming spring season!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Full practice gear: Stick, Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Gloves, Cleats, Athletic Cup, Water, Pinnie

12:15-1:20:        Grades K - 4th LEARN TO LAX
1:30-2:50:          Grades 5th - 8th LEARN TO LAX
